My insurance company is pushing me to use their 'preferred' shop. Do I have to go there?

No, you do not. In Washington state, you have the legal right to have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choice. While insurance companies have 'preferred' networks, you are not obligated to use them. Simply inform your insurance adjuster that you've chosen Precision Auto Body.
