“Excellent above and beyond customer service! My sunroof was leaking badly during the rain storm last week. I called Precision and, even though they do not specialize in sunroof repairs, the owner thought he could fix it quickly by just clearing out the drain tubes. I went by later that day and he was incredibly kind and welcoming. He cleared the lines out in less than 5 minutes and did not even charge me for the service! Best auto shop interaction I've had in years, highly recommend!!”
